Report a Player

Incident Report

A human moderator reviews every report. Specific facts and evidence are what make a report actionable: quote what was said word-for-word, say where and when it happened (UTC), and link any screenshots.

Copy the name exactly as it appears in game — from their profile, chat, or a battle report.
Helpful details: exact chat quotes, UTC times, the kingdom name or ID, related battle-report IDs, in-game messages.
Public web links only (http/https). Anything in-game — IDs, quotes — goes in the description above.

False or revenge reports are themselves a conduct violation. Report what actually happened, with evidence — not players you are simply at war with.

What happens after you report
  1. Your report goes to the moderation queue with a report number. Save the number — it is your only record of the report.
  2. A human moderator reviews the evidence. The player you report is never told who reported them.
  3. If the rules were broken, action is taken on their account. Honest limit: reports don't get a reply and there is no status page to watch. If you need to follow up, contact support and quote your report number.

The rules themselves live in the Code of Conduct. If your own account was actioned and you disagree, use Appeal an account action.
