Reporting another player? Use Report a Player instead — it collects the evidence moderators need, so it is reviewed faster than a general ticket.

What happens after you send it

  1. Your ticket lands in the staff queue, tied to your account. You get a ticket number right away — write it down.
  2. A person reviews it. Higher-urgency tickets are looked at first.
  3. If staff need to reach you, they use the email address on your account. Honest limit: there is no in-game ticket page to check progress yet, so keep your ticket number for any follow-up.
