Gameplay locks the moment you request; confirming the emailed token — or letting the cooldown run out — deletes your kingdom for good, and only cancelling before then undoes it.
What is removed, and what survives
- Removed: your kingdom, its name, resources, buildings, troops, queues, alliance membership, saved heraldry, and profile customization.
- Cooldown: about a week (the exact deadline is shown when you submit the request). Cancelling during the cooldown restores everything instantly.
- After confirming (or after the cooldown ends): permanent — no support ticket can restore it.
- Survives: some world history (battles, treaties) may persist in anonymized form so other players' records stay intact.
