Inbox troubleshooting
Nothing arrived after a few minutes
Check spam, junk, and promotions folders. Some providers route automated mail there for new sender domains.
If still nothing, request a new link above. Only the most recent link is valid — older ones become invalid.
The link says it’s expired or already used
Verification links expire 24 hours after they’re sent, and each link can only be used once. Request a fresh one above using the same email and try again.
I signed up with the wrong email
Create a new account with the correct email address. The unverified account will be cleaned up automatically — no action required on the abandoned address.
The verification says my kingdom name is taken
This happens when another verified kingdom claimed the name between signup and verification. We can rename the kingdom and retry verification for you.
I think I already verified — what now?
Sign in with your email and password. If verification went through, sign-in will succeed and route you to onboarding.
