Build your kingdom — step by step

    Build a Logging Yard Wood is the backbone of everything you build.

    Build a Quarry Stone for your stronger buildings — and a little fuel too.

    Build a Lumber Mill The mill saws wood into planks — your first crafted good, and the Farm upgrade below needs one.

    Saw your first Planks Queue Saw Planks at the mill (10 wood becomes 2 planks). Later building upgrades keep consuming planks, so keep a batch running.

    Raise your Castle to level 5 Your other buildings can only be upgraded as high as your Castle. The Farm and Village Hut upgrades below need Castle level 5 first.

    Upgrade your Farm Food keeps your people fed so your population grows. This upgrade spends the plank you just sawed.

    Upgrade your Village Hut More homes raise your population cap so you can keep growing.

    Build a Barracks Your barracks is where soldiers train once it reaches level 4 (two more steps below).

    Raise your Castle to level 8 A Barracks can only reach half your Castle's level, and level 4 is the first Barracks rung that trains soldiers. Castle level 8 costs one plank.

    Raise your Barracks to level 4 Every four Barracks levels unlock the next tier of soldier. Levels 1 to 3 are still being staffed; level 4 trains your first militia.
